Address Check

  • Address verification can be performed through various methods, including online, physical, and ID-based verification. Online verification utilizes digital databases and automated systems to cross-check addresses quickly and accurately. Physical verification involves sending personnel to the specified address to confirm the residence and its occupants, ensuring real-time accuracy. ID-based verification requires individuals to present official identification documents, such as utility bills or government-issued IDs, to validate their address. Reference Check

  • Reference checks can be conducted through verbal and written methods to assess a candidate's qualifications and suitability for a role. Verbal reference checks involve directly contacting referees, typically via phone, to obtain candid feedback about the candidate's performance, work ethic, and interpersonal skills, providing immediate insights and the opportunity for follow-up questions. Written reference checks require referees to complete forms or write letters detailing their experiences with the candidate, offering a formal and documented account of the individual's professional history. Both methods provide valuable perspectives, with verbal checks allowing for more dynamic interaction and written checks offering lasting records. Identity Check

  • Driving License Check: Driving License (DL) check ensures that the individual holds a valid and active DL. This is verified with the source (RTO). The details are checked either through online records of the government managed and controlled databases (or) through a physical at the specific RTO department.

  • Aadhar Check: This involves an online process, wherein, we cross-verify the identity of the individual with his Aadhar card details through the official government authorized website. Aadhaar is checked to establish the correct identity and the address of a person.

  • PAN Card Check: Pan card verification is an online process from a government managed and controlled database. Pan card is usually checked to know the authenticity of a person in his financial transactions like ITR, Bank Statement, Credit check, etc.

  • Voter ID Check: Details of an individual on his/her voter ID are either checked from the online government managed databases or during a physical visit at the concerned authority. Voter ID is checked to know if the identity and address of an employee mentioned on their document is correct.

  • Passport Check: Passport check is an online process which ensures that the MRZ (Machine Readable Passport) number mentioned on it is correct. Passport is also checked to know the nationality, identity and right to work of an employee in a given specific location.

Other Checks:

  • Resume Check: In many scenarios, it is found that an applicant may provide false information on their resume/CV's, to make it seem more appealing in the hope of landing a job, for better remuneration and a designation.   • Dual Employment / Moonlighting Check: Moonlighting (also noted as "Dual Employment") is a scenario where an individual works / associated with more than one job/company. In several moonlighting scenarios, the employer is suggested to develop a "Moonlighting Policy". Moonlighting can be verified through the individual's Provident Fund UAN Number. If there is an overlap in the date of employment period, which mean they have been working at more than one company at once for a specific period of time.

  • Form 16 Check: Form 16 is a TDS Certificate issued by Income Tax Department, that shows the salary earned and the TDS deducted from your salary. Form 16 plays a very important role when it comes to filing income tax returns for salaried individuals. Verification of employment association of the candidate with the employer by validating TDS deducted by the employer for a financial assessment year is a great way to check employment history as well.
