Cancellation and Refund Policy
Verleap values the trust of its clients and strives to maintain transparency and fairness in all interactions. This document outlines our cancellation and refund policies, ensuring clarity and mutual understanding.
1. Privacy and Confidentiality: Verleap takes reasonable measures to safeguard personal information from unauthorized access, modification, or misuse. Personal data will only be disclosed:
For the primary purpose it was collected,
For secondary purposes reasonably related to the primary purpose, or
As required by law under the Privacy Act.
2. Services Covered: Verleap provides a wide range of services, including:
Background Verifications: Employee screening, customer screening, corporate screening.
Recruitment Consulting: Talent as a Service, Referral Recruitment, Core F&A Recruitment, Job Portal Services.
Training & Development: Lean Six Sigma, Excel & VBA Macros, Project Management, Strategic Leadership, PowerBI, Data Analytics.
Business Consulting: Transformations (Lean, Digital, Process, People), Outsourcing & Offshoring (Automation Projects, Finance GCC as a Service, Accounts Payable Outsourcing, Accounts Receivable Outsourcing).
Immigration Consulting: Assistance with visas for the USA, Australia, Germany, Canada, New Zealand, Luxembourg (including Business Visitor, Tourist, Work, Intracompany Transfer, Official Visit, Job Seeker, Temporary Resident, Permanent Resident, Student, Temporary Skill Shortage).
3. Refund Eligibility: Refunds are subject to the following conditions:
Refunds are calculated only on the Verleap's fees. Taxes, third-party fees, and government charges are non-refundable.
Refund percentages are as follows:
Only 50% refund of full fees paid if the service is canceled by client within 72 hours of schedule.
Only 25% refund of full fees paid if the service is canceled by client within 48 hours of schedule.
Only 10% refund of full fees paid if the service is canceled by client within 24 hours of schedule.
0% refund (no refund) if the service is canceled by the client (voluntarily withdrawn) during the ongoing process.
0% refund if the client did not pay the full fees on the first attempt.
A refund request must be accompanied by supporting required documentation, such as:
Bank Account Statement and/or Credit Card Statement showing the payment containing Transaction ID, Transaction Date, Transaction Amount, etc.
A confirmation letter from the bank with a stamp and duly signed, in case of any duplicate payments.
National ID Proof (PAN, Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License) with name matching the Bank Account Statement and/or Credit Card Statement.
Refund requests will be processed within 15-30 working days upon submission of the Online Refund Claim Form along with required documentation to be sent to trainings@verleap.com.
4. Non-Refundable Conditions: Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
Early withdrawal of services by the client. (See above)
Failure to meet the terms of the agreement, including providing necessary documents or attending required classes or interviews.
Changes in personal circumstances leading to client withdrawal.
Rejection by immigration authorities due to reasons beyond Verleap’s control, such as insufficient funds or prior violations of immigration laws.
Not Notifying Verleap of any anticipated changes in official information, such as address, or changes in business products, services, or portfolio during the application process or after initiation.
Not Notifying Verleap of any anticipated changes in personal information, such as address, or changes in service plans, during the application process or after initiation.
5. Chargeback Policy: Chargebacks are addressed on a case-by-case basis. Clients are advised to contact Verleap directly to resolve any disputes before initiating a chargeback. Unwarranted chargebacks may result in access restrictions or account suspension.
6. Force Majeure: Verleap is not liable for delays or non-performance caused by events beyond its control, including natural disasters, acts of war, pandemics, or third-party service disruptions. Services will resume as conditions permit.
7. Third-Party Fees: Fees paid to external organizations, including government agencies, assessing bodies, and language testing centers, are the sole responsibility of the client and are non-refundable under any circumstances.
8. Client Responsibilities: Clients are expected to:
Provide accurate and complete documentation within stipulated timelines.
Respond promptly to communications from Verleap.
Provide access to internal tools and applications as required for the service.
Avoid delays in communication by responding within 3 business days or after two email follow-ups.
Notify Verleap of any anticipated changes in official information, such as address, or changes in business products, services, or portfolio during the application process or after initiation.
9. Limitations of Liability: Verleap provides advisory and consulting services but does not guarantee outcomes. Approval of immigration applications is at the discretion of the respective authorities. Verleap’s liability is limited to the consultation fee paid by the client.
10. Jurisdiction: This agreement is governed by the laws of India and the State of Telangana. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana.
11. Transparency: Verleap’s agreements are based on trust and clarity. All terms are explained to clients before registration, ensuring informed consent.
