Payments to Verleap
When you make a payment to Verleap, you have the right to receive a receipt. Verleap issues receipts for all payments, and an acknowledgment is sent from our central software. For any questions regarding payments, please email accounting@verleap.com.
All payments to Verleap must be made through one of the following methods: online payments (NEFT/IMPS bank transfer, registered payment gateways like RazorPay or PayPal), bank cheques, or credit cards. Payments should be made to Verleap's company bank account only. We do not accept cash payments.
Payments to Verleap's Staff
You are cautioned against making any additional payments to Verleap employees. If any staff member offers to fabricate your profile or provide documents for an extra fee, please inform Verleap's Management Team immediately. The company is not liable for any agreements made between you and an employee or their reference. We are not responsible for any consequences if you pay for additional services directly to a Verleap employee.
Vendors Referred by Verleap's Staff
We strongly discourage availing services from vendors suggested by Verleap employees as this is neither endorsed nor permitted by the company. Engaging with such vendors runs the risk of fraud. Verleap is not liable for any charges paid to vendors referred by an employee.
Fraudulent Documentation
Verleap does not engage with cases involving fraudulent documentation or information. Your case will be accepted based on the assumption that the information provided is true. Verleap is not liable if incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent documentation is submitted. We do not provide documentation or process visas. We assume all documents submitted by you are 100% true and correct.
Cautionary Note
Beware of companies attempting to impersonate Verleap. Verleap will not be held responsible for impersonation. Employees are strictly warned against such practices and must adhere to company policy. Verleap is not responsible for any actions contrary to our policy.
Important Points
To avoid being duped and denied entry into foreign countries, please note:
Do not be misled: Submitting forged documents will result in rejection and possible investigation by authorities. Verleap does not process documentation or visas.
Do not believe false promises: No Verleap staff can influence the application processing speed or decision. Visa decisions are made by authorized visa officers of respective consulates / country immigration authorities only.
Beware of imposters: Legitimate visa officers do not request money or meet applicants outside official places of work.
Avoid fake websites: Obtain visa information only from respective official government websites of the specific country.
Be cautious of job and visa scams: If an offer sounds too good to be true, it may be a scam. Protect your money, passport, financial, family and personal details.
Do not provide fake documentation: Your investment will be lost, and you may be denied visa / entry. Hence, we encourage you not to submit any fake documentation.
Understand the consequences: Fraud can result in a ten-year visa ban and possible legal action. Immigration authorities have effective methods for detecting fraud.
Jobs and Recruitment
Verleap is a trademarked recruitment agency in India and also works with overseas employers and other placement agencies. The Placement agencies that recruit candidates through only through Verleap's support will pay a consulting fee for our services. Verleap does not guarantee jobs or charge candidates for employment. Guarantees on Abroad Job or Visa
Verleap does not guarantee any candidate an abroad job or visa. No employee is permitted to do so. We only counsel and guide on immigration and overseas careers. Visa decisions are made by visa officers, and job offers are made by employers. If an employee promises otherwise, notify Verleap's Management Team immediately.
